Initial Training

If this is your first Casiola Business, we will provide initial training for you or, if you are a Corporate Entity, your Managing Owner, plus up to three designated managers. At the time of signing your Franchise Agreement you will pay to us our Initial Training Fee. Either you or your Managing Owner, plus your general manager, must successfully complete the initial training program to our satisfaction no later than 20 days prior to the scheduled opening of your Casiola Business. The initial training program takes place over an approximate 10 day period. If more than four individuals attend initial training, you will be charged an additional fee per additional person attending initial training. You will be responsible for all travel expenses and employee wages related to your attendance and completion of training. (Franchise Agreement, Article 4). Currently, we provide our initial training program no less frequently than quarterly and on an as-needed basis.

Instructional materials that will be used in the initial training process includes our Manuals, live instruction, and handouts. Initial training will be conducted under the direction and supervision of our DFO, Russ Kraft. Russ Kraft is our DFO and Mr.

What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, if this is your first Casiola Business, either you or your Managing Owner, plus your general manager, must successfully complete the initial training program to Casiola's satisfaction no later than 20 days prior to the scheduled opening of your Casiola Business. The initial training program takes place over an approximate 10 day period.

For replacement Operating Managers, the FDD states that your Operating Manager must complete, to Casiola's satisfaction, their initial training program. Casiola will offer and make available to your replacement Operating Manager their initial training program which must be completed to their satisfaction.

The initial training program will be provided by Casiola at the facilities that they designate that, presently, is comprised of their affiliate owned Casiola Business located in Orlando, Florida and at the certified training Casiola Business that they may designate in the future. You will be required to pay Casiola's then current supplemental training fee for replacement Operating Managers, which is currently $750 per manager per day for each replacement manager attending their initial training.

In addition to initial training, you will also be required to participate in and satisfy all other training programs that Casiola may designate respecting the Franchised Business. After the opening of your Casiola Business, Casiola reserves the right to require that you (or your Managing Owner if you are a Corporate Entity) attend a system-wide training program (the "System-Wide Training Program") that they may establish in their discretion.
