What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Casiola will inform franchisees of any changes to the specifications or the list of approved or designated suppliers. Casiola may use various methods to communicate these changes, including written or electronic correspondence, updates to the Manuals, and verbal communication.
This means that as a Casiola franchisee, you need to stay informed through multiple channels. Regularly checking your email and postal mail for written notices is essential. Additionally, you should review any updates to the Casiola Manuals, as these will contain the most current specifications and supplier lists. Be aware that verbal communication from Casiola is also an official means of notification, so pay attention during any phone calls or meetings with the franchisor.
Casiola also retains the right to revoke approval of a previously approved supplier if their standards fall below Casiola's designated standards. In such cases, Casiola will notify franchisees in writing of the revocation. This highlights the importance of adhering to approved supplier lists and staying updated on any changes to avoid non-compliance and potential disruptions to your business operations.
