What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the minimum level of experience for trainers in the initial training program is the satisfactory completion of the Casiola initial training program itself. This means that Casiola does not require its trainers to have any prior experience beyond having gone through the same training that new franchisees and managers will receive.
This policy suggests that Casiola prioritizes training its trainers in its specific methods and standards, rather than relying on external experience. For a prospective franchisee, this could mean that the quality and consistency of training are highly controlled by Casiola. However, it also implies that the trainers may lack broader industry experience, which could limit the depth of knowledge they can impart.
It is important for potential franchisees to assess whether this approach to trainer qualifications aligns with their expectations for support and training. Further investigation into the content and structure of the initial training program would be advisable to determine if it adequately prepares both franchisees and trainers.
