- Initial Training for Replacement Operating Managers Your Operating Manager must complete, to our satisfaction, our initial training program. We will offer and make available to your replacement Operating Manager our initial training program which must be completed to our satisfaction. The initial training program will be provided by us at the facilities that we designate that, presently, is comprised of our affiliate owned Casiola Business located in Orlando, Florida and at the certified training Casiola Business that we may designate in the future. You will be required to pay our then current supplemental training fee for replacement Operating Managers, which is currently $750 per manager per day for each replacement manager attending

According to the 2024 Casiola Franchise Disclosure Document, if you need to replace your Operating Manager, that replacement must complete Casiola's initial training program to the franchisor's satisfaction. This training is offered by Casiola at designated facilities, currently an affiliate-owned Casiola Business in Orlando, Florida, and potentially at certified training locations in the future.
For each replacement Operating Manager attending the initial training, the franchisee is required to pay a supplemental training fee. As of the FDD date, this fee is $750 per manager per day. Given that the initial training program for new franchisees takes place over approximately 10 days, a replacement manager can expect to undergo a similar duration of training.
This requirement ensures that all Operating Managers, even replacements, are properly trained in Casiola's standards and procedures. The franchisee needs to factor in not only the training fees but also the travel expenses and employee wages related to the replacement manager's attendance and completion of the training program. This could represent a significant cost when replacing an operating manager.
