Instructional materials that will be used in the initial training process includes our Manuals, live instruction, and handouts. Initial training will be conducted under the direction and supervision of our DFO, Russ Kraft. Russ Kraft is our DFO and Mr. Kraft has served in this role since our formation on January 6, 2023. Since January 2022 to November 2022, Mr. Kraft served as General Manager at Villatel in Davenport, Florida. From December 2004 to January 2022, Mr. Kraft served as General Manager at Global Resort Homes in Kissimmee, Florida. The level of experience of our trainers will, at a minimum, include each trainer's satisfactory completion of our initial training program. In addition to initial training, you will also be required to participate in and satisfy all other training programs that we may designate respecting the Franchised Business. After the opening of your Casiola Business, we reserve the right to require that you (or your Managing Owner if you are a Corporate Entity) attend a system-wide training program (the "System-Wide Training Program") that we may establish in our discretion. If we establish a System-Wide Training Program, the program will be offered from our affiliate owned Casiola Business in Orlando, Florida and you will be responsible for all travel and expenses, lodging, food, automobile rental expenses, and employee wages that you incur in connection with your attendance. We will not require your attendance at a System-Wide Training Program for more than a total of five days in any calendar year.

In addition to the initial training, franchisees are required to participate in and satisfy any other training programs that Casiola may designate for the Franchised Business. Casiola also reserves the right to require franchisees (or their Managing Owner, if the franchisee is a Corporate Entity) to attend a system-wide training program, which may be offered at Casiola's affiliate-owned business in Orlando, Florida.
