- Initial Training for Replacement Operating Managers Your Operating Manager must complete, to our satisfaction, our initial training program. We will offer and make available to your replacement Operating Manager our initial training program which must be completed to our satisfaction. The initial training program will be provided by us at the facilities that we designate that, presently, is comprised of our affiliate owned Casiola Business located in Orlando, Florida and at the certified training Casiola Business that we may designate in the future. You will be required to pay our then current supplemental training fee for replacement Operating Managers, which is currently $750 per manager per day for each replacement manager attending our initial training. (Franchise Agreement, Articles 4 and 7.I.);

- Administration of Marketing Funds We may administer and manage System-wide marketing funds comprised of a Brand Development Fund and/or Advertising Cooperative. (Franchise Agreement, Article 9);

- Hiring and Training of Employees We do not provide assistance with the hiring and training of your employees. You will be directly responsible for the management and supervision of your employees. For the protection of the System, you must ensure that all employees wear and maintain the proper uniforms with our approved System branded apparel and uniforms including, but not limited to, the apparel and uniforms comprising System Supplies.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program for replacement Operating Managers is held at facilities designated by Casiola. Currently, this includes Casiola's affiliate-owned business in Orlando, Florida, and any certified training Casiola Businesses that may be designated in the future.
If a franchisee needs to send a replacement Operating Manager to the initial training program, they will be required to pay a supplemental training fee. As of the FDD date, this fee is $750 per manager per day.
In addition to the initial training, Casiola also reserves the right to require franchisees (or their Managing Owner if the franchisee is a Corporate Entity) to attend a system-wide training program. If established, this program will be offered from Casiola's affiliate-owned business in Orlando, Florida. The franchisee will be responsible for all associated travel, lodging, food, automobile rental expenses, and employee wages. Casiola will not require attendance at a System-Wide Training Program for more than five days in any calendar year.
