Our current training program is to be attended by you, or if you are a Corporate Entity, your Managing Owner and one Operating Manager at our training facility located in Orlando, Florida.
The training program takes place over an approximate 10 day period and is described below in this Item 11 in more detail.

According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program is held at the company's training facility in Orlando, Florida. The initial training program is to be attended by the franchisee, or if the franchisee is a corporation, the Managing Owner and one Operating Manager.
The initial training program takes place over approximately 10 days. Casiola provides the initial training program no less frequently than quarterly and on an as-needed basis.
If a franchisee needs to send a replacement Operating Manager to the initial training program, Casiola will provide the training at its affiliate-owned business in Orlando, Florida, or at a certified training Casiola Business that they may designate in the future. The franchisee will be required to pay a supplemental training fee for replacement Operating Managers, which is currently $750 per manager per day.
