Our current training program is to be attended by you, or if you are a Corporate Entity, your Managing Owner and one Operating Manager at our training facility located in Orlando, Florida.
The training program takes place over an approximate 10 day period and is described below in this Item 11 in more detail.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program is held at the company's training facility in Orlando, Florida. This training is mandatory for the franchisee (or the Managing Owner if the franchisee is a corporation) and one management-level employee or Operating Manager.
The initial training program spans approximately 10 days, and the franchisee is responsible for all travel expenses and employee wages related to attending the training. Casiola offers this training program no less frequently than quarterly and on an as-needed basis.
Furthermore, if a franchisee needs to train a replacement Operating Manager, Casiola provides the initial training program at designated facilities, which currently include the affiliate-owned Casiola Business in Orlando, Florida, and potentially other certified training locations in the future. A supplemental training fee, currently $750 per manager per day, is charged for each replacement manager attending the initial training.
