What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee's right to use the Casiola System is specifically limited. Casiola franchisees are authorized to offer and provide approved services and products within their designated operating market. This means the franchisee's territory is restricted to a specific geographic area determined by Casiola at the time the Franchise Agreement is signed.

Furthermore, the franchisee's use of the Casiola System must adhere strictly to the brand's standards. Franchisees are required to use only System Supplies, which include designated booking platforms, online travel agencies, damage waiver fee agreements, insurance products, customer support, invoicing, and management systems. They must also use the Licensed Marks, which include the Casiola trademark, registered logo, and other trademarks and logos designated by Casiola. All operations must comply with the specifications and requirements outlined in Casiola's manuals.

In essence, a Casiola franchisee's ability to leverage the Casiola System is geographically confined to their operating market and operationally bound by the franchisor's prescribed methods, approved services and products, and designated supplies and marks. This ensures uniformity across all Casiola franchises and maintains brand consistency. Prospective franchisees should carefully consider these limitations and ensure they are comfortable operating within these defined boundaries.
