What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must ensure that all advertising and promotion of their franchised business is completely factual. This advertising must also conform to the highest standards of ethical advertising and comply with Casiola's standards and specifications.

This requirement means that a Casiola franchisee cannot make misleading or unsubstantiated claims in their advertising. All marketing materials must be truthful and accurate, reflecting well on the brand. The franchisee must adhere to both general ethical advertising standards and the specific guidelines set by Casiola.

Casiola also retains the right to reject any advertising related to the franchised business, the franchise system, or the use of Casiola's licensed marks. This gives Casiola significant control over the franchisee's advertising content, ensuring that it aligns with the brand's overall marketing strategy and standards. Franchisees should therefore expect to submit their advertising materials for approval and be prepared to make changes based on Casiola's feedback.
