What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must ensure that all advertising and promotion of their franchised business is completely factual and conforms to the highest standards of ethical advertising. This advertising must also align with Casiola's standards and specifications.

This means a Casiola franchisee is responsible for the accuracy and ethical integrity of all marketing efforts for their location. They cannot make misleading claims or engage in deceptive advertising practices. All advertising materials must adhere to the standards set by Casiola, ensuring brand consistency and protecting the reputation of the Casiola system.

Casiola retains the right to reject any advertising related to the franchised business, the franchisor, the system, or the use of licensed marks. This gives Casiola ultimate control over advertising content and ensures that all marketing aligns with their vision and standards. Franchisees must be aware that their advertising materials are subject to approval and can be rejected at Casiola's discretion.

Furthermore, franchisees must avoid any business, advertising, or personal conduct that could harm Casiola, the system, or the licensed marks. This underscores the importance of ethical behavior and responsible advertising practices to maintain the integrity and reputation of the Casiola brand.
