What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Casiola strictly controls how franchisees may use websites and digital media. As a franchisee, you are required to assign all website media and digital media accounts to Casiola. Casiola will identify and locate your Casiola Business on their website.

Furthermore, all digital media and marketing efforts must receive prior approval from Casiola. Casiola will designate information about your Casiola Business on the www.casiola.com website, or other websites they may designate for the system.

This level of control over digital media and website management is common in franchising, allowing franchisors to maintain brand consistency and manage online reputation. However, it's crucial for prospective franchisees to understand the extent of this control and how it might impact their ability to market their specific location or engage with customers online. Franchisees should discuss with Casiola what flexibility they have in local digital marketing initiatives.
