What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Casiola strictly controls how franchisees may use websites and digital media. As a Casiola franchisee, you are required to assign all website media and digital media accounts to Casiola. Casiola will identify and locate your Casiola Business on their website.

Furthermore, all digital media and marketing used by a franchisee must be approved by Casiola. Casiola will designate information about the franchisee's Casiola Business on the www.casiola.com website, or other websites that Casiola may designate for the system.

These stipulations mean that franchisees have limited autonomy over their online presence and marketing strategies, as Casiola maintains strict control over these aspects of the business. This is a fairly common practice in franchising, allowing the franchisor to maintain brand consistency and control the customer-facing image of the brand. Prospective franchisees should consider how this level of control aligns with their entrepreneurial aspirations and marketing preferences.
