Site Selection
If permitted by local law, you may operate your Casiola Business from a home based administrative office. Otherwise, you are responsible for selecting a site for your administrative office and must obtain our approval of your selected location.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees may operate their business from a home-based administrative office if permitted by local law. If operating from a business office, it must be within or near (no more than a 40-minute drive) the Casiola business's operating market.
Casiola requires approval of the administrative office location, considering site characteristics, criteria for non-retail back-office operations, and proximity to the overall Operating Market and other franchisee territories. Casiola will respond to the location request within 30 days of receiving all required information.
If a franchisee chooses to lease a back-end administrative office or operations center, Casiola must approve the location, and it must be within the franchisee's operating market.
