- "Ancillary Third Party Services" means, as designated and authorized by Franchisor, ancillary property maintenance services that includes, as an example, cleaning, plumbing, handyman, and similar maintenance services that are coordinated, managed, and/or overseen by Franchisee on behalf of a customer of the Franchised Business and ancillary to the Approved Services and Products as designated and determined by Franchisor.
Under no circumstance shall Ancillary Third Party Services refer to or mean rental property promotion services, property management services, rental property insurance, damage waiver fee agreements, management services for short-term rental properties, or any other product or service designated by Franchisor as an Approved Service and Product.
