This manual contains mandatory and suggested guidelines that Casiola prescribes for its businesses. These standards cover various aspects, including approved services and products, system supplies, and authorized suppliers.

The Operations Manual is subject to change, with Casiola reserving the right to supplement, modify, or replace these standards over time.
