You may enter into a Franchise Agreement in the form attached to this Disclosure Document as Exhibit E to develop and operate a Casiola Business within an Operating Market and in conformity with the requirements of our System. At the time of signing the Franchise Agreement we will designate a geographic area comprising your Operating Market. Your right to use the System will be limited to offering and providing our Approved Services and Products within your Operating Market using only our System Supplies, the Licensed Marks and the specifications and requirements set forth in our Manuals and as otherwise constituting a part of our System.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchise Agreement that you may enter into is attached to the Disclosure Document as Exhibit E. This agreement allows you to develop and operate a Casiola Business within an Operating Market, following the requirements of the Casiola system.
At the time of signing the Franchise Agreement, Casiola will designate a geographic area that will be your Operating Market. Your rights to use the Casiola system will be limited to offering approved services and products within your designated Operating Market. You must use only the system supplies, licensed marks, and specifications set forth in the manuals that are part of the Casiola system.
