Who is entitled to injunctive relief if I violate the covenants regarding Casiola Confidential Information?

According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, both Casiola Franchise LLC (the franchisor) and the franchisee that owns and operates the Casiola Business are entitled to injunctive relief if there is a failure to comply with the terms of the Confidentiality Agreement.
