What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company offers a discount on the initial franchise fee to veterans. Specifically, Casiola provides a 15% discount off the standard initial franchise fee to qualified individuals who were honorably discharged from any branch of the United States Military. This discount applies only to the first Franchise Agreement for the franchisee's first territory.
To qualify for the veteran's discount, the prospective franchisee must request the discount at the time of their initial franchise application. They also need to provide documented military service as proof of their eligibility. Casiola's approval is required for awarding the franchise with the discount.
For a standard territory, the initial franchise fee is $35,000. A 15% discount would reduce this fee by $5,250, resulting in a reduced initial franchise fee of $29,750 for eligible veterans. This discount can significantly lower the upfront investment required to start a Casiola franchise.
