You may enter into a Franchise Agreement in the form attached to this Disclosure Document as Exhibit E to develop and operate a Casiola Business within an Operating Market and in conformity with the requirements of our System.
Franchisee agrees that the foregoing covenants and obligations shall also apply to: (a) Franchisee's Owners and that Franchisee's Owners shall each execute and deliver to Franchisor the Franchise Owner Agreement and Guaranty in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit 1; and (b) Franchisee's directors, officers, employees and agents where disclosure of the Confidential Information was necessary for the operations of the Franchised Business and where such director, officer, employee and/or agent previously executed and timely delivered to Franchisor the Confidentiality Agreement in the form attached as Exhibit 2.
This Agreement, the documents referred to in this Agreement and the Schedules and Exhibits to this Agreement, together with the Operations Manual, constitute the entire, full and complete Agreement between Franchisor and Franchisee concerning the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes all prior related agreements between Franchisor and Franchisee.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Casiola Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchise Agreement is included as Exhibit E. Specifically, Item 7 states that you may enter into a Franchise Agreement in the form attached to the Disclosure Document as Exhibit E to develop and operate a Casiola Business within an Operating Market and in conformity with the requirements of our System.
Additionally, the disclosure mentions other agreements and exhibits that are part of the Franchise Agreement. Exhibit 1 is the Franchise Owner Agreement and Guaranty, which Franchisee's Owners shall each execute and deliver to Franchisor. Exhibit 2 is the Confidentiality Agreement.
Item 18.M states that the Franchise Agreement, the documents referred to in the Agreement, and the Schedules and Exhibits to the Agreement, together with the Operations Manual, constitute the entire agreement between Casiola and the Franchisee.
