Casiola also reserves the right to require franchisees (or their Managing Owner if the franchisee is a Corporate Entity) to attend a system-wide training program after the opening of their Casiola Business. This program, if established, will be offered from Casiola's affiliate-owned business in Orlando, Florida. Franchisees will be responsible for all associated travel, lodging, food, and employee wage expenses. Attendance at a System-Wide Training Program will not exceed five days in any calendar year.
