What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Casiola exclusively determines and sets the technology and booking fees charged to end-user customers of the Franchised Business. This includes booking fees for accessing the Casiola.com system and payment processing fees.
This means that as a Casiola franchisee, you will not have control over these specific fees. Casiola retains the authority to adjust these fees as they see fit, which could impact the overall cost to the end-user customer and, potentially, the volume of bookings.
While Casiola controls these fees, they will, as permitted by applicable law, designate the maximum, minimum, promotional, and other prices a franchisee may charge for approved services and products of their Casiola Business. This suggests that franchisees have some pricing flexibility within the boundaries set by Casiola, but not regarding technology and booking fees.
