What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor designates and authorizes the 'Commission Agreement' form for use by franchisees. This agreement is used in connection with offering and providing approved services and products on behalf of property owner customers, calculating Commission+ Fees, and outlining other terms and conditions for providing services and products.
Casiola may modify and amend the terms and conditions of the Commission Agreement from time to time based on their reasonable business judgment. This means that franchisees must adhere to the Commission Agreement form designated by Casiola and be aware that the terms can change.
The Commission Agreement dictates how franchisees interact with property owners, calculate fees, and provide services. Prospective franchisees should carefully review a sample Commission Agreement to understand their obligations and how revenue is generated and distributed.
