What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Casiola Franchise Disclosure Document, the Administrative Office(s) refers to the fixed administrative offices or facilities from which Casiola Businesses are established, operated, and managed. These offices are essential for overseeing the business activities.

The FDD also specifies that the Administrative Office can be a home-based office or a non-retail, non-public back-end office or facility, provided it is permitted by law. This flexibility allows franchisees to manage their operations from various locations, potentially reducing overhead costs depending on their circumstances.

Furthermore, the franchisee's Administrative Office and its location must meet Casiola's standards and specifications and receive approval from Casiola. This requirement ensures that all administrative offices align with the brand's standards and operational requirements, maintaining consistency across all franchise locations. Casiola also requires that upon termination of the franchise agreement, the franchisee must modify and alter their former Casiola Business and Administrative Office to ensure it is completely de-identified and differentiated from its former appearance to prevent public confusion.
