If this is your first Casiola Business, we will provide initial training for you or, if you are a Corporate Entity, your Managing Owner, plus up to three designated managers. At the time of signing your Franchise Agreement you will pay to us our Initial Training Fee. Either you or your Managing Owner, plus your general manager, must successfully complete the initial training program to our satisfaction no later than 20 days prior to the scheduled opening of your Casiola Business. The initial training program takes place over an approximate 10 day period. If more than four individuals attend initial training, you will be charged an additional fee per additional person attending initial training. You will be responsible for all travel expenses and employee wages related to your attendance and completion of training. (Franchise Agreement, Article 4).
