What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee has 10 days to evaluate a proposed Service Order from Casiola and decide whether to accept it. The Service Order will disclose the services to be performed, pricing, timing, and other relevant information.

If the Casiola franchisee does not respond in writing within those 10 days, they will be considered to have rejected the Service Order. If the franchisee accepts the Service Order, they are obligated to perform and comply with its terms.

This clause ensures that Casiola franchisees promptly assess and respond to service requests, allowing Casiola to efficiently manage corporate accounts. It also protects the franchisee, as they are under no obligation to accept a Service Order. This allows the franchisee to consider their current workload and resources before committing to additional services.
