What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Casiola Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee needs to send a replacement Operating Manager to the initial training program, they will incur a supplemental training fee. The current fee is $750 per manager per day.
This fee covers the cost of providing the initial training to the replacement manager. It is important to note that this fee is in addition to any other costs associated with training, such as travel expenses and employee wages, which the franchisee is also responsible for. The initial training program is essential for ensuring that the Operating Manager is adequately prepared to manage the Casiola business according to the franchisor's standards.
Prospective franchisees should factor this potential expense into their budget, as the need for a replacement manager can arise unexpectedly. Understanding the costs associated with training, both initial and supplemental, is crucial for making informed financial decisions and ensuring the successful operation of the Casiola franchise.
