What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are responsible for specific costs related to attending and completing the initial training program. If this is the franchisee's first Casiola business, Casiola will provide initial training for the franchisee, or if the franchisee is a Corporate Entity, their Managing Owner, plus up to three designated managers.

The franchisee must pay Casiola an Initial Training Fee at the time of signing the Franchise Agreement. If more than four individuals attend initial training, the franchisee will be charged an additional fee per additional person attending initial training. The franchisee is responsible for all travel expenses and employee wages related to their attendance and completion of the training.

For replacement operating managers, the franchisee is required to pay a supplemental training fee, which is currently $750 per manager per day for each replacement manager attending the initial training. This supplemental training fee, along with travel expenses, meals, and accommodation expenses, also applies if Casiola requires the franchisee and their Operating Manager to participate in supplemental on-site training because they are not meeting System performance standards.
