What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Corporate Accounts are defined as regional and/or national property owners and end-user customers affiliated with regional and/or national businesses, organizations, travel agencies, membership programs, and/or organizations that provide accommodations, benefits, and/or services related to travel, accommodation, and/or property rental. Casiola retains the exclusive right to distribute approved services and products to these Corporate Accounts using the Licensed Marks and System.

Casiola may establish a Corporate Accounts Program, offering franchisees the opportunity to participate under guidelines, rules, and pricing criteria set by Casiola. Franchisees have the option to refuse participation in these programs. However, if a franchisee declines, Casiola reserves the right to service the Corporate Accounts within the franchisee's territory directly or authorize other franchisees to do so. All pricing and fees related to Corporate Accounts are negotiated and determined by Casiola.

This arrangement has significant implications for prospective Casiola franchisees. While Corporate Accounts could represent a substantial revenue stream, the franchisee's control over these accounts is limited. Casiola dictates the terms of participation, pricing, and even the option to service these accounts. This lack of control could impact a franchisee's potential earnings and business strategy within their designated territory. Franchisees should carefully consider the potential benefits and limitations of the Corporate Accounts Program before investing in a Casiola franchise.
