What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, an Administrative Office is defined as the non-retail, back-end office or facilities from which a Casiola business is managed. This is where the administrative tasks to run the business take place.

The FDD specifies that an Administrative Office can be a home-based office, if permitted by law, or a non-retail, non-public back-end office or facility. This means that franchisees have some flexibility in choosing the location of their administrative office, potentially reducing overhead costs by operating from home. However, the location must be approved by Casiola and meet their standards and specifications.

Casiola requires franchisees to obtain written approval for the location of their Administrative Office, and the office must conform to Casiola's standards and specifications, as well as other requirements outlined in the Operations Manual. This approval process ensures that all administrative offices meet Casiola's standards for professionalism and operational efficiency, regardless of whether they are home-based or in a separate facility. Franchisees should carefully review the Operations Manual and communicate with Casiola to understand these requirements fully before securing a location.
