e meaning defined in the Recitals and Representations section of this Agreement and shall further refer to and mean those products and services that we authorize for sale by Casiola Businesses. We shall exclusively designate and determine the Approved Services and Products and we, in our Reasonable Business Judgment, may change, modify, reduce or supplement the Approved Services and Products that must be offered and sold by the Franchised Business and those products and services that may not be sold by the Franchised Business. The Franchised Business may only offer and sell the Approved Services and Products.
"Bookings and Management System" refers to and means the software, internet, web based and/or cloud based system or systems, point of sale system or systems and customer relationship management system or systems as same may be individually or collectively designated by us, in our Reasonable Business Judgment, as being required for use by the Franchised Business, including, but not limited to, the day-to-day sales, ordering, operations and management of the Franchised Business. What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Casiola Franchise Disclosure Document, the Bookings and Management System used in connection with the operations of the Casiola Business includes a customer relationship management system. The Bookings and Management System is defined as the software, internet, web based and/or cloud based system or systems, point of sale system or systems and customer relationship management system or systems.
This means that as a Casiola franchisee, you will be required to use a system that not only handles bookings and management tasks but also incorporates customer relationship management (CRM) functionalities. This is intended to help manage customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle, with the goal of improving customer service and driving sales growth.
The FDD also states that Casiola reserves the right to modify and designate alternative Bookings and Management Systems as they determine in their Reasonable Business Judgment. This means that the specific CRM and other system components could change over time. Casiola also has direct live access and storage based access to the Bookings and Management System for the Franchised Business and to Franchisee's Bookings and Management System Data. This allows Casiola to monitor the franchisee's operations and access customer data.
