What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, if Casiola agrees to offer supplemental training, the franchisee must pay a supplemental training fee of $750 per trainer per day.
In addition to this fee, the franchisee is also responsible for reimbursing Casiola for travel and hotel accommodation expenses incurred by Casiola. This means that franchisees should budget not only for the training fee itself but also for the costs associated with getting the trainer to their location and providing lodging.
These supplemental training fees and expense reimbursements are due in advance of the training, upon submission of an invoice from Casiola to the franchisee. This prepayment requirement highlights the importance of careful financial planning and budgeting for franchisees, especially when facing operational challenges that might necessitate additional training.
