What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Casiola does not guarantee uniformity across all franchise agreements. The document states that Casiola may choose to waive or modify provisions in franchise agreements for some franchisees but not others.

This means that as a Casiola franchisee, you cannot assume that the terms of your agreement will be the same as those offered to other franchisees. Casiola has the discretion to offer different terms and conditions to different franchisees, potentially creating advantages for some over others.

As a prospective franchisee, it's important to recognize that the terms of your agreement are specific to you and may not reflect the experiences of other franchisees within the Casiola system. This clause provides Casiola with flexibility but introduces an element of uncertainty for franchisees, as they cannot rely on uniform treatment across the franchise system.
