What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Casiola's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Casiola has the right to designate itself or its affiliates as the sole and exclusive supplier of certain products and services and benefit from the associated fees and charges. Specifically, Casiola can act as the exclusive supplier of technology systems, booking systems, payment processing systems, and other related products or services.

This means that Casiola franchisees may be required to purchase these designated items exclusively from Casiola or its affiliates. Casiola benefits directly from the fees and charges associated with these purchases, without providing any compensation or benefit to the franchisee.

This arrangement could impact a franchisee's costs and potentially reduce their profit margins, as they may not be able to seek out alternative suppliers with more competitive pricing. It is important for prospective franchisees to consider this when evaluating the potential profitability of a Casiola franchise.
