floor plan, interior and exterior design, furnishings and equipment of the Franchised Center shall not be altered or modified, without the prior written approval of Franchisor.
- (k) Remodeling Franchisee shall be required to periodically make reasonable capital expenditures to remodel, modernize and re-decorate the Franchised Center so that the premises reflect the current image intended to be portrayed by Casa de Corazon® early childhood learning centers. All remodeling, modernization and redecoration of the Franchised Center must be done in accordance with the standards and specifications prescribed by Franchisor from time to time and with the prior written approval of Franchisor. All replacements must conform to Franchisor's then current quality standards and specifications and must be approved by Franchisor in writing.
