Franchisor may require that any and all communications between Franchisee and Franchisor be made through the Internet or such other electronic medium as Franchisor may designate, and Franchisee may be required to access the Internet or other electronic information on a regular basis to obtain full benefit of the System of Operation.
To that end, Franchisee shall maintain a working email address to communicate with Franchisor.
Franchisor is not liable for any damage to Franchisee including lost profits, which occur as a result of any outage or delay related to electronic transmission of information, whether by the Internet or otherwise, or as a result of Franchisee's failure to access the information.
Franchisor may, in its sole discretion, make use of any information furnished by it to Franchisee in the conduct of its business.
