What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Casa De Corazon's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, as part of the assistance provided before opening your center, Casa De Corazon will provide you with a webpage on their or their affiliate's website to advertise your center. This is designed to help promote your specific location and attract customers.
Casa De Corazon also uses a System Brand Fund, to which franchisees must contribute 2% of their monthly Gross Revenue. These funds are used to develop programs that benefit the Casa De Corazon brand and promote their marks, including maintaining and updating their websites, web pages, social media, and social networking sites. In the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024, 62% of the expenditures from the Brand Fund were used for social media and internet marketing.
In addition to the webpage provided by Casa De Corazon, franchisees are required to conduct their own local marketing. This includes spending at least $10,000 to market the grand opening of their center and at least $10,000 per year on local marketing. All local marketing efforts are subject to Casa De Corazon's prior approval to ensure consistency with their brand standards. Franchisees must also obtain Casa De Corazon's approval before establishing any website, application, or online profile related to the brand or their center.
