Can a Casa De Corazon franchisee operate other businesses from their center?

According to Casa De Corazon's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee is explicitly prohibited from operating any business other than the franchised Casa De Corazon early childhood learning center from the approved location. The FDD states that the franchisee "shall not use the Franchised Center to operate any business other than the Franchised Business."
