We and our affiliates intend to make a profit on any products or services they or we sell to you.
We do not have any purchasing or distribution cooperatives as of the date of this Disclosure Document. We may negotiate purchase arrangements with suppliers and distributors of approved products for the benefit of our franchisees. For example, one of our suppliers provides franchisees with a discount on their purchases and another provides a free month of services. We do not provide material benefits, such as renewing or granting additional franchises to franchisees, based on their use of designated or approved suppliers and distributors.
Our officer does not own any interest in any of our suppliers, other than our affiliate.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Casa De Corazon's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Casa De Corazon does not currently have any purchasing or distribution cooperatives. However, Casa De Corazon may negotiate purchase arrangements with suppliers and distributors of approved products for the benefit of their franchisees. For example, one of their suppliers provides franchisees with a discount on their purchases and another provides a free month of services. Casa De Corazon does not provide material benefits, such as renewing or granting additional franchises to franchisees, based on their use of designated or approved suppliers and distributors.
Casa De Corazon does have approved suppliers for reusable food storage bags, child assessment tools, curriculum, and certain software that franchisees will use at their Centers. Casa De Corazon does not plan on approving any other suppliers from whom franchisees could purchase these items. If a franchisee is located in an area where there is only one type of supplier, they are required to purchase certain items from that supplier, such as a local food cooperative.
It is typical in the franchise industry for franchisors to have approved suppliers and purchasing arrangements to maintain brand consistency and potentially leverage volume discounts. While Casa De Corazon does not currently have purchasing cooperatives, the possibility of negotiating such arrangements in the future could be a benefit to franchisees. The restrictions on sourcing certain items from approved suppliers are common and allow Casa De Corazon to control quality and ensure uniformity across all franchise locations.
