What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Casa De Corazon's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Convention Fee covers the cost of registration for the franchisee, their Director, or Operations Manager to attend any conference that Casa De Corazon decides to hold for franchisees.

This means that attendance at Casa De Corazon's conferences is mandatory for either the franchisee, their Director, or Operations Manager. The fee specifically covers the registration cost for one of these individuals. If the franchisee wishes to send additional people to the annual conference, they will incur an additional registration fee for each attendee.

It is important for prospective franchisees to factor in the cost of the Convention Fee and potential additional registration fees when budgeting for ongoing expenses. Franchisees should inquire with Casa De Corazon about the frequency and location of these conferences to better estimate travel and accommodation costs, which are not covered by the Convention Fee.
