What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Casa De Corazon Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are responsible for covering the costs of additional training provided by Casa De Corazon. If the training occurs at a location other than Casa De Corazon's offices, the franchisee must also reimburse Casa De Corazon for the trainer's travel and living expenses. The standard training rate is $150 per hour as of the FDD publication date. Casa De Corazon specifies the payment method and when payment is due.
In addition to the above, Casa De Corazon offers additional optional training at a rate of $150 per hour, plus travel and living expenses for trainers if the training is not held at Casa De Corazon's offices. These fees are subject to change. Payment for this optional training must be made before the training begins.
For a prospective Casa De Corazon franchisee, this means that budgeting for training should include not only the hourly training fees but also potential travel and living expenses for the trainers. Franchisees should clarify with Casa De Corazon the exact payment schedule and accepted methods to ensure timely payment and avoid any disruption in training.
