Inspire International has, directly or through its predecessors, offered and sold franchises outside the United States for the following brands: Arby's restaurants (since May 2016), Buffalo Wild Wings sports bars (since October 2019), Jimmy John's restaurants (since November 2022), and Sonic restaurants (since November 2019).

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Carvel's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Inspire International is an affiliate of Carvel. However, Inspire International does not offer or sell franchises in the United States. Instead, Inspire International focuses on offering and selling franchises outside of the United States for brands such as Arby's, Buffalo Wild Wings, Jimmy John's, and Sonic restaurants.
Inspire Brands is the parent company to several franchisors that operate both within and outside the United States. Within the U.S., these include Arby's Franchisor, Baskin-Robbins Franchising, Buffalo Wild Wings International, Dunkin' Donuts Franchising, Jimmy John's Franchisor SPV, and Sonic Franchising. Internationally, Inspire Brands oversees franchisors like Inspire International, DB Canadian Franchising ULC, DDBR International LLC, DD Brasil Franchising Ltda., DB Mexican Franchising LLC, and BR UK Franchising LLC.
For a prospective Carvel franchisee, this means that while Inspire International is part of the broader Inspire Brands family, they would not be dealing with Inspire International directly for a Carvel franchise in the United States. Instead, they would be working directly with Carvel Franchisor SPV LLC, the entity that offers and sells Carvel franchises within the U.S.
