Your trainees may not attend the Management Training Program until (a) you have provided us with your fully signed Lease (if required) in a form that we have approved, (b) your Shoppe is under construction, (c) you have provided us with evidence of the insurance that is required under your Franchise Agreement, and (d) it is within six weeks of the scheduled opening date of your Shoppe.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Carvel's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, trainees may only attend the Management Training Program if certain conditions are met. Specifically, Carvel requires that the franchisee has provided Carvel with a fully signed lease (if required) in a form that Carvel has approved. Additionally, the Carvel Shoppe must be under construction.
Furthermore, the franchisee must provide Carvel with evidence of the insurance that is required under the Franchise Agreement. Finally, attendance is restricted to within six weeks of the scheduled opening date of the Carvel Shoppe.
