What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Carvel Franchise Disclosure Document, Exhibit C includes several agreements tailored to specific franchise types and operational needs. These agreements supplement the standard Carvel Franchise Agreement.
Specifically, Exhibit C contains the Carvel Express Schedule, which replaces Schedule A of the Franchise Agreement for franchisees operating an Express Shoppe. Similarly, the Carvel Hosted Express Schedule replaces Schedule A for Hosted Express Shoppes. For franchisees operating an Ice Cream Truck, the Carvel Ice Cream Truck Schedule also replaces Schedule A.
