What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Carvel's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if you plan to operate a Carvel Express Shoppe, you are required to sign the standard Carvel Franchise Agreement. In addition to the Franchise Agreement, you must also sign the Carvel Express Schedule, which is included as Exhibit C to the Disclosure Document.

An Express Shoppe is defined as a location where you prepare and sell a selection of Carvel products. These locations are typically situated within spaces shared with other brands from the GoTo Foods Portfolio or within another restaurant, food service facility, or business that has been approved by Carvel. Carvel provides direct operational support to these Express Shoppes.

It is important for prospective franchisees to carefully review both the Franchise Agreement and the Carvel Express Schedule to fully understand their obligations, the fees involved, and the terms and conditions of operating an Express Shoppe. Understanding these documents is crucial before making a final investment decision.
