What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Carls Jr. Franchise Disclosure Document, Exhibit H contains a list of franchisees that closed or transferred their franchised restaurants during the fiscal year 2025. The fiscal year ended on January 27, 2025. The exhibit provides the name, city, state, and current business telephone number, or the last known home telephone number if the business number is unavailable, for each franchisee.

It also includes franchisees who failed to communicate with CJR (Carls Jr.) within 10 weeks of the application date of the disclosure document.
