What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Carls Jr. Franchise Disclosure Document, advance class registration is required for the CrunchTime training program. This training is delivered using a train-the-trainer model and is conducted remotely.

The CrunchTime training consists of four hours of remote instruction, which includes a screen share component. The start date for the training is to be determined (TBD).

Carls Jr. franchisees are required to purchase and participate in initial training programs for the PAR Brink and CrunchTime software. The cost for these training programs is a one-time fee of $1,250. This fee will be billed to the franchisee by CKR (presumably CKE Restaurants, Inc.) upon the execution of the franchise agreement. Additional training programs may be available at CKR's discretion, but will incur additional fees.
