According to Carls's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, advance class registration is required for the CrunchTime train-the-trainer model training. The training is conducted remotely and consists of 4 hours of classroom attendance via screen share.
Carls franchisees are required to purchase and participate in mandatory initial training programs for the PAR Brink and Crunch Time software. The cost for these training programs is a one-time fee of $1,250. This fee will be billed to the franchisee by CKR upon the execution of the agreement.
Prospective Carls franchisees should note that additional training programs may be available at CKR's discretion, but these will incur additional training fees. Franchisees should confirm the scheduling and registration process for the CrunchTime training to ensure compliance with the requirements.
