What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Caring Transitions' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the System Standards are prescribed in the Manual or otherwise communicated to the franchisee in writing. These System Standards, as periodically modified and supplemented by Caring Transitions, are considered provisions of the franchise agreement as if fully set forth therein.

This means that as a franchisee, you must adhere to the uniform specifications, standards, operating procedures, and rules that Caring Transitions sets for developing and operating your franchised business. These standards are crucial for maintaining consistent operating standards across all Caring Transitions franchises, increasing demand for services, and protecting the brand's reputation.

The System Standards can cover a wide range of aspects of the business, including, for example, designated maximum or minimum for a Buyer's Premium or for other Permitted Products and Services. It is important to stay updated on any changes or additions to the System Standards, as Caring Transitions has the sole discretion to modify them during the term of the agreement. Franchisees should pay close attention to communications from the franchisor and updates to the manual to ensure compliance with all current standards.
