Franchisee shall display the Marks in the manner prescribed by Franchisor on all signs and all other advertising and promotional materials used in connection with the franchised business.

Franchisee specifically acknowledges and agrees that the word "advertising" as used in this agreement includes, but is not limited to, signs (including signs on motor vehicles and the interior and exterior of the Premises), URLs, e-mail addresses, Internet listings, banners, advertisements, or other services or links on or with the Internet, World Wide Web, Internet service providers, email services, communication providers, search engines, and similar services.

Franchisee specifically acknowledges and agrees that any Web site (as defined below) will be deemed "advertising" under this agreement, and will be subject to (among other things) Franchisor's approval under this Article 11.

Before establishing a Caring Transitions website, franchisees must seek legal advice to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations. Franchisees are required to indemnify Caring Transitions against any claims arising from their website. Additionally, franchisees must comply with the franchisor's terms and conditions for conducting business over the Internet, including policies regarding Buyer's Premiums on platforms like CTBids.com. Caring Transitions retains the right to set maximum or minimum Buyer's Premium amounts.

Franchisees are prohibited from participating in any online forum that disparages Caring Transitions or its system. They also need written consent from Caring Transitions before creating social media accounts related to the franchise, potentially granting the franchisor administrator rights. Furthermore, franchisees cannot redirect Internet traffic from other domain names to their Caring Transitions website without prior written consent. Caring Transitions retains the right to modify these advertising provisions as necessary for the benefit of the franchise system.
